Matt Eyring is a managing director at Innosight, LLC, an innovation-based consulting and executive training firm focused on helping companies and institutions innovate for new growth and transformation. Matt leads the healthcare practice, helping clients in the health and medical industries find, develop and commercialize high-potential growth opportunities. He has worked with both Fortune 500 and startup companies in industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, insurance, dental care and consumer health. Matt has conducted training workshops and given numerous speeches to both senior management teams and broad audiences. He is currently working on an innovation program for ChoiceMED, a leading provider of management services to the healthcare industry.

Matt’s interest in the healthcare industry carries over from his previous work at Medtronic, a medical technology company based in Minneapolis, where he led a companywide team in redefining Medtronic’s customer vision for the year 2010.
